A Very Happy Thanksgiving 2023

You know what’s funny? I didn’t do anything, or meet anyone this Thanksgiving. Forget meeting, I didn’t even raise a glass to wish myself or anyone else a “Happy Thanksgiving”. Yet when I scroll through Instagram and see my contemporaries celebrate, my heart is filled with gratitude. Gratitude for this life, my family, the life they’ve given me and what I’ve made out of it—few good friends, my job and the career I’m building for myself. There’s so much to look forward to. There’s so much that I need to do. There’s so much that I have to learn. Isn’t that something to be grateful for?
